Flash Flooring Limited Express 1-Year Installation Warranty

Flash Flooring provides a 1 yr warranty on installation for all flooring purchased through ProSouce Wholesale Floorcoverings and installed by Flash Flooring installers. Flash Flooring will warranty that all of its work substantially conforms to the manufacturer’s recommendations and follows industry standards and quality guidelines.

Installation Warranty does NOT include:

* Abuse
* Flooding or natural disaster
* Improper cleaning or care (see maintenance guide)
* Pilling or blossoming of yarn (see manufacturer’s warranty)
* Staining and soiling (see manufacturer’s warranty)
* Chips, cracks, gouges, or scratches (see manufacturer’s warranty)
* Foundation settling or subfloor movement
* Moisture damage
* Products not installed by Flash Flooring installers
* Damage due to gas, water, and plumbing.
* Damage related to subsequent alterations, misuse, or abuse of the covered items by any person;
* Damage resulting from fires, storms, electrical malfunctions, accidents, floods, sub-grade moisture conditions, or acts of God;
* Damage related to customer’s failure to observe any instructions by Flash Flooring and/or manufacturer requirements, including specific product recommendations including failure to control humidity and temperature levels within the home;
* Any item furnished by the customer;
* The installation of odd lots, close-outs or unwarranted product;
* Damage of any kind to related to moisture;
